Dear fellow Lords and Ladies of the Lion Rampant!

Wow  I thought I was on the web-site just resently, but I have been proved wrong. Apearently I have been neglecting my vow and NOT been in touch for a while - so it happens that I see this page the first time and in short
WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT - who ever responsible for this dramatic change on the web => Congratulations!

Back to me and breaking vows - yes it is now a year to the day, that I leaft England and returned to my own lands and keeping in touch was a bit tougher than I thought when you are building a place to live. But the good news is that I am finished with my keep apart from some minor details like doors (the naked truth is that I ran out of money to put in the finishing touches - guess I need to increase the tax of my peasants  )

My new occupation is going very well and I actually enjoy being home (as weired it might sound but living in the same place with your parents is not as bad as it seems.....providing the "castle" is big enough and as long as they stay in the dungeons no problem :D .
So life is good and Julia is fighting bravely against laguage differences and is doing very well indeed (Many of you are aware that speaking German does not neccessarily mean to speak Austrian nor understand it...).

It is just.....sometimes (and now is one of these moments) I miss the Lion Rampant dearly (past time and good company).... ahh where are the times when my idea of a good weekend was to stand on the fields of battle.......and beer of course  .......

Well I am proud and glad that I was part of it for as long as it lasted and I saw in the photoalbum that I might have a chance to stay in the collective memory of the Lion Rampant all of you certainly will stay in mine - forever.

I wish you all the best for the coming season, knowing you it will be BIGGER, BETTER and FASTER than the last.

Truly yours

Andreas!

So good to have you back from the wilderness. The LR has been far too quiet and respectable without you!

I am very pleased that all is going well and you have settled back in your homeland. Do please try to keep in touch - we miss you!

All the very best,

Big Mark aka Llawgoch.

My Lord Hager!

Wonderful to hear from you again sir and glad you are well.
We do miss you (and the bagpipes) and hope to see you again one day for...um...BEER!

Best regards and that other word that begins with "B" and ends with "x",

Fantastic to hear from you Andreas, but never say never, I'm sure our paths with cross in the future, one way or the other...I think we need an addition to the Genetic Memory section to detail a certain SpiderKnights shenanigans.

Talk to you soon, and raise a horn of that excellent Austrian wiessbier in our honour ;)
